Best RPG's I've ever played were the Golden Sun series and Witcher 3.

I get putting medals on your profile but why does he only have 4 steel medals only, like having more than from one season is already awkward enough for people who try to improve at this game
let this be a lesson to any readers that you should figure out if someone is a toxic idiot or not BEFORE you put them on your team

I'm not sure how it works in UK but I'm a math major going into the software industry (CS and music minors). Comp Sci is a unique field in that a lot of the things you end up doing in the field (software, web dev, etc.) are all learnable outside of class, and you can have a hefty portfolio and CV without even taking a substantial amount of CS courses. I've definitely missed out on some internship opportunities because I'm not an actual CS major, but I've also gotten interviews with top tech companies like Twitter and Amazon for Software Dev openings.
On the note of subject matter, do be aware that the overlap between physics and CS isn't actually that great. I thought it would be going into college (I was a planned CS/Physics double major), but it would've taken me extra time to graduate because they are both credit intensive majors at my university. Math is definitely important algorithmically for CS, but for the most part not too necessary after a few calculus courses, unless you're going into financial tech. Fields like quantitative finance or the fintech industry will naturally be much heavier than pure web dev or software.
So while I can't give you advice on how to do well for your strange British tests, I can definitely give you some scholastic and career advice as a dude a couple years down the line who's taken the courses you want to and is applying for internships currently. Drop me a PM or something if you'd like; good luck on your studies.
RoLI just started playing new runescape can someone tell me the disadvantages and advantages to playing the oldschool over new?
As a dude who's played RS on and off for close to 15 years:
- Main focus of RS3 is end game PVM. PVP exists, but it's a much much smaller subset of players than compared to the amount seen in OSRS. Compared to OS, I personally feel that the combat system is much more interactive and challenging than compared to OS. I used the highly regarded and reliable method of seeing how sleepy I get killing bosses in game as the unit of measurement of boredom.
- Experience rates are much higher than OSRS across the board, due to focus on end game content. Hence opinions such as "120 is the new 99".
- RS3 quests are great; they have long storylines, people do get invested in following these, and finishing some quest chains is pretty important for your QOL in game.
Overall most of the upsides to RS3 come when you're closer to end-game level, so the faster xp rates reflect that need to reach end game faster, and the content available. It's not to say that there isn't mid level stuff to do, there definitely is, but the community as a whole is pretty top heavy in terms of content/interesting things to do. Microtransactions are an issue to some, but personally I couldn't really care less, since I've always played for my personal enjoyment and not to compare to other players. Generally the people who care the most about this are the ones who care about their placements on the hiscores, in which case you as a newer gamer wouldn't really factor into anyways. Most of the high level community in RS3 have been playing for years and years.
Gin/tonic
Mead is pretty nice
Favorite is probably homemade fruit soju - I met a bartender in HK a few years back who would infuse his soju with fruits bought from local vendors, and it was amazingly good.
Go to a fucking doctor man why would you ever ask tftv this type of question
It could also be a traction cyst though
Dampstayyou don't measure dick with hands
What unit of measurement would you use to buy custom dick paraphernalia if not hands?
I don't think you should be posting on tftv right now
Why don't you just get a different hobby to fill up your time? Like a sport or something.
skateboard_petejust posted this into tf2c chat, clock's ticking
