I was rostered (and played) on the 1st place silver 6s team in season 20 and still haven't gotten a first place medal. Only a participant one. Still bothers me a bit but I'm not as concerned about it now as I was when I had originally gotten it

Also I did have the 3rd place highlander medal for some time but I just looked in my inventory and it's no longer there so good job fixing a bug I guess

My 6s team got 2nd place in Gold season 18 and we never got our 2nd place medal because they gave iron placement medals instead of gold that season -.-"

Kinda lame that Valve forgot to add paintability to the plat ones despite the s11 ones having the option to be painted. I hope it gets fixed along with the 3rd place plat medals turning into steel medals issue next week.

Same, this is my favorite plat medal design as well. It's not too oversized and reminds me of a shooting star.

They give placement medals for silver and above in HL and only the top div in 6s (which was gold last season and plat this season). I think they used to give placement medals for every div cause the designs are all there, but they don't give them out any more because of people sandbagging for placement medals.
