#46 How to improve ur aim in Q/A Help

I feel like my hardware is really limiting me as far as improvement goes. I'm still decent I guess, but I don't think I'm getting better (considering how much I actually practice) because I can't even keep constant 50 fps during fights (with maxframes). I have a good mouse+pad which helps, but I feel like I'm just waiting until I can build a decent computer before I can compete with those who have 120hz monitors and get 500 fps constant.

Maybe I'm just indolent and I am using this as an excuse.

#2 good compressed air in Hardware

I think compressed air cans only shoot liquid if you turn them upside down/sideways/parallel to the ground. Otherwise, I've never had one shoot liquid out all over my stuff.

ninjazz, thanks so much both for making this hud (which is awesome), but especially for taking suggestions from those who use it and implementing their ideas so quickly.

#2 ESEA Guest Pass Code Giveaway in TF2 General Discussion

What can you do with a week of premium? I got one of the codes for a week in the charity stream and did absolutely nothing.

#4 Anchorman 2 in Off Topic

They're filming this (well, most of it at least) near where I live, and a friend of mine who teaches jazz performance at a university around here is going to teach Will Ferrell how to play jazz flute. I want to get a picture with him...

#22 120 hz for $99? in Hardware

Really? Hmm... I want to get one when (if it magically rains money one day) I do my build, but it won't help me right now because I can't even keep 60 fps with maxframes.

Yeah I'm disappointed. I LOVE sriracha sauce- these did not live up to my standards.

#30 The Future Of Competitive Team Fortress 2 in TF2 General Discussion

I agree that the biggest issue with the growth of competitive TF2 right now is that people don't know it exists. It would help if Valve maybe just put a link to tf.tv on the teamfortress.com page, or if a notification with a link to tf.tv came up when you launch (like the "TF2 is now on Linux!" one). Also, tf.tv needs a comprehensive guide that is prominently featured on the front page about playing/getting into competitive TF2. The only reason that I know about the comp. scene now is from stumbling upon the MGE video archive on youtube.

#1 PC Build in Hardware

I'm looking to build a PC pretty much just for gaming (especially TF2). I really don't know what I'm doing, other than that I want the Asus VG248QE 120hz, and I want to be able to use lightboost (so I will need an Nvidia GPU, I think). If possible, I'd like some thing that's relatively cheap ~$600 or $700 (or less!) but can still get 200+ fps in TF2 with maxframes. I live near a Microcenter/Fry's/Best Buy/whatever if that matters. Thanks!

cyzerMr. Terra I would be indeed interested!

STEAM_0:0:47567771
Let me know! :D Happy to help.

EDIT: As it turns out, the place I got mine from for $25 new is only selling them "manufacturer refurbished" for that price. The new ones are like $40 now. :( Sorry. I guess I could run by the actual store again and check, but online it says $40.

I have a Puretrak Talent, and I can definitively say that it is worth EVERY cent I spent on it.
