Jodd is excellent, as both a teammate and friend. His dedication to improvement is as noted in the OP, and he cares about the team and attitudes, scrimming, etc. Jodd is adapt, and should merge with your team's style rather smoothly. His last team required him to play a reliable style on a conservative, Soldier-centric team, but I have no doubt that if pushed to be the heal-heavy aggressive role, he would excel there, too. For teams without an established maincaller, he has the knowledge of the game to provide a leading voice in Mumble if needed. Haven't seen too much of his Medic but his mechanics are probably alright.
