I've heard stories, though it hadn't happened to me, of the instructor asking you randomly what color is the car directly behind you without looking in your mirror, implying that you should know it since you should be checking it frequently. Just keep that in mind or wear sunglasses so (s)he can't ask you.
What doesn't work about it? Error? Crash to desktop?
Thanks for all the information everyone, wasn't expecting to get so much help. Much appreciated. :)
I've been playing more csgo lately, but I'm having trouble with some of the maps since I don't play all of them on a regular basis. I find it easiest for me to learn map layouts and location names and stuff by just watching streams (since I don't like pubbing), but I don't know anything about invite cs to know who a good high-level streamer would be.
Is/are there good csgo streams anyone would recommend, preferably from someone who's also affiliated with the tf2 community?
So back in 2013 and a bit in January 2014, the Crit Fail pug group ran pugs pretty frequently. Unfortunately due to plugins breaking and a few other issues, the pugs died down for a while this year.
However, with renewed interest and fixed coding thanks to Crispy, they are getting back into the swing of things, and they are a ton of fun. They've done some highlander in the past maybe once a week, but it's mostly 6s. CF pugs are open to all types of skill levels and everyone is always very welcoming and accommodating. The pugs are run through a website, similar to how a lobby works, but it has a warmer feeling similar to in-house pugs. As long as you sign up for the pug, you can't get fatkidded.
So come and play! Make sure to join the steam group so you know when a pug is getting started, then you can head over to the website to sign up for it. When a pug is created, you'll see it listed in the events page. Click that link, then you can click the sign-up button and choose what class(es) you want to add up as.

DISCLAIMER: I'm not an admin of these pugs, just wanted to promote them.
I've had no luck getting hud crosshairs to work when I played on a mac. From all the information I found on it it seemed like there was no workaround.
Anyone here play? I got it a few months ago and I love it, but I'm getting pretty sick of pubs with all the hackers and shit. I'm level 89 right now, mostly a mastermind build.
EDIT: Feel free to add me if you want to play sometime.
I thought this might seem like it would be kinda fun to do in a pug or something, but then I realized the amount of people that would be needed to possibly play. Was still hella fun to watch though, especially the eMg team with tyrone's kritz.
Didn't see a thread for comments and stuff, figured I would just make one.
I was wondering myself, is there a songlist available for all the songs played during the breaks?
Berserk was fucking incredible.

Some quality dreams in there too. Love reading about people's dreams, funny shit.
Yeah, this has been happening to me lately as well, though it seems to only remove my hats and not my weapons. Happens on every class though.
StaticVoidTheJesterJust use HUD crosshairs, they aren't removed in sv_pure 2- Updated sv_pure so client will detect corrupt or modified VPK files
-- Use Steam to verify local cache to fix corrupt files
-- Use the custom folder to customize the game
Would this mean improved customization? Maybe actual custom crosshairs that work on sv_pure 2?
Hud crosshairs are great, but they aren't dynamic. Being able to change custom crosshairs with a crosshair switcher script would be pretty cool. Would be able to change color and size and such on the fly.
