SheepylolIf everything ash said in his statement is true then i'm on his side. We all know how many egos are on froyotech and if he was getting the abuse he says he was then there is no reason for him to stay and put up with it. If there's a toxic environment then there is no reason why he should have to stay.
from his quote:
Ash However, on a few occasions, I got picked off while clockwork was sniping during our pushes onto last, causing tension in the Mumble. I didn’t want to deal with it, so I threatened to mute them, which caused even more arguments, and I decided to just mute myself and completely took my head out of the game.
After the loss, b4nny told me I was going to sit out the rest of the series due to my actions. I didn’t really want to play anymore and I didn’t like being disrespected like some sort of pawn, even as the newest (and arguably worst) player on the team.
you have a player who:
- threatened to mute the rest of the team (bad thing) - DURING A GAME
- actually muted himself (bad thing) - DURING A GAME
- threw the rest of the game (bad thing) - DURING THE PLAYOFFS
- then got worked up when he was told he was benched for the rest of the series...and felt like he as being punished despite the fact that he muted himself during a game and admitted to throwing the rest of the game.
no matter how "toxic" the mumble may have been, just saying fuck it, muting yourself and throwing is a super shitty way to handle literally anything.

...then again, if someone said before the playoffs "hey, pick an invite player who is going to mute himself and throw a game" Carter probably had to be pretty high up on that list, right?
