There's a small bug with Fog's crosshairs. I think you might've moved the font file, but forgot to update the font definition in ClientScheme.res.

The kerning and spacing in some places still looks very slightly off, like with the health indicator and the tips section on the loading screen, but those are relatively minor. The main issue of the text cut-offs seems to still exist, but due to the font being heavier, it's barely noticeable now.

The only other issue I have is that on my display (16:9), the pings clip into the side of the scoreboard. Does anyone know a fix?

I had this issue too, but I fixed it myself by editing ScoreBoard.res in resource\ui. In the first section, "scores", there's a line for "ping_width". I think the default value there is 23, and I changed it to 19/20 to fix the ping issue. Hope this solves your problem! :)
I'm still getting font issues on 1366x768 using Chris' maxframes. I tried turning maxframes off and I was still getting the same issues.
I'm currently on 1366x768 (yay crappy laptops) using Chris' FPS config. I can't make the resolution any higher, nor can I really improve the quality because again, crappy laptops. I didn't have this problem with the old font (Novecento), so I feel as if it should be resolvable here too.
I'm having issues with the new font in the hud. In particular, parts of text on the scoreboard are clipped, an issue that also appears in some other places.
