Do you mean the small one? You will need to rename the entries for ChargeLabel in HudAnimations_tf in /scripts/ for that. The normal label already flashes. You can delete the original label and rename your small label to have that effect, but it will return to a white color afterwards.
I'll implement some animations tomorrow maybe, I'll post here if I do :)

I'm using the blank version; I tried to enable the targetID health cross by changing targetID-healthcross.res to targetID.res and there is no health cross on the TargetID's. What do?
You need to use a second file as well. "SpectatorGUIHealth - HPCROSS.res"

Yeah, my bad. The file is called "CLASSIMAGE_HudAnimations_tf.txt"
Did you use both alt files for the TargetID with health? Make sure that the files have no spaces and odd characters left :)

the top scores usually do not display for the losing team (sometimes done with sm plugin)
the hud is display correctly, its showing you the top 3 players of red team (steamid, class, score)

I won't be able to update a version with the old font. Creating the new version was more than just changing the font sadly in the clientscheme. A lot of elements needed adjusting and tweaking to not be off-center or have glitchy text.

Ported Black Box Version and tweaked a lot of small things (CTF mode, inspect panel, building label on TargetID.
The new black version has slightly smaller boxes and a more unified look. I'll tweak this version more when I'm done porting the White Box Versions.
I also added more explanations to the readme files and the FAQ.

I'm pretty sure it's just the quality / res you're using. I have the same problem, but i don't find it to be a huge deal. usually, if i have high quality + high res, everything generally looks finer.

I'm currently on 1366x768 (yay crappy laptops) using Chris' FPS config. I can't make the resolution any higher, nor can I really improve the quality because again, crappy laptops. I didn't have this problem with the old font (Novecento), so I feel as if it should be resolvable here too.
