I see your problem.
You are obviously a very intelligent and well liked person who gets invited to many a social gathering
ApexI overclocked my 965 BE and received upwards of a 40+ frame rate increase
Thanks, I guess I'll try OC'ing a bit.
Would overclocking my X6 1090T help my fps at all? I ordered a 120hz monitor, but now that I'm actually looking at my fps, I realize that it isn't staying above 120 most of the time.
I've tried everything I can with graphics settings, and nothing changes my fps because a 6850HD is more than enough for tf2.
I'm naming/describing my scout loadout, and I'd like some help from you lovely and intelligent people.

Am I using the wrong songs? Which are the RIGHT ones? Right now the descriptions are just going to be excerpts from the songs, have a better idea?
Also general Name/Description thread.
Bit of an out of place question, but is Jaeger said like Jägermeister?
GeknaiirWhy 1800 dpi?
It's the DPI the sensor actually runs at, all the other ones are interpolated.
How would one pick out a CRT monitor on Craigslist that would run at 120hz?
If saber doesn't buy the G400, I will.

VOD of Match.
If you guys actually win a match during playoffs you need to put together all of the vods and make an inspirational e-sports movie about hard work and dedication.
Would a 30gb SSD be able to hold a full ubuntu32 install and TF2?
VickMWhat would a good GPU be? I'm looking to upgrade my computer (from cardboard to electronics) over Christmas and this deal interests me.
tom's is always a good place to start, their monthly gpu roundups are always good to get a sense of what to buy:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-2.html
These are their recommended cards, and I believe that a 6670 should max TF2 (maybe with a little help from a config, I haven't used one personally), and a 7750 should max TF2 without any wizardry.

The PSU in this case seems to not have enough PCIe 6pin connectors, so the most powerful you can go with this PSU seems to be the 7750.
Nice thing about this build is that in a year you'll be able to pick up another 4gb of ram, a better PSU, and a used 2500k for around $200 total, all of which are compatible with the current components.
This is a fantastic bundle deal:

Just add pretty much any recent GPU and you'll be able to get 120+ fps.
