What part of alaska? I'm not an expert on Geography but a couple of the islands that are just off Alaska are pretty much European since, some ethnic group or another might settle there and nobody really uses the land/cares at all and it might be possible they speak other languages.

They produce pretty solid content, just IMO they sometimes can he douchebags to their employees and rush shit a bit, I'm pretty sure there was some drama about rainbow six Vegas 1 with corporate and the designer, but hey at the end of the day they're still a company so profit and growth will always be a top priority.

CC ought to make it since the only reason they didn't last time 1/3rd of their team was at a LAN with 400 ping when they were in their last match which was a make it or break it.(still pretty close with 400 ping)

Wait Australian players are invite level now? Cool it ought to be a good match than. The Australian community is really cool I was there for work for a little while the summer before last. I only got in on like 5-6 pugs but they were all really cool guys. What I think was their d2(maybe 3??) Was like high open. I'm sure it'll be a fun/cool game and hopefully it's actually closer than i46!

But i'm actually curious is this how e-sports usually are? Quake usually has rapha as a dominant force however he doesn't always win by an means, and there are 2-3 others that can compete with him. Wc3 Dota is usually faovred towards asian teams, but among them it can go either way. And Dota 2 is pretty similar i believe(maybe iG is dominant idk haven't been keeping up with asian dota 2 to much). I have no clue about sc2 but i hear it goes either way pretty often. if you want to count it, CoD, and Halo(2) went either way as well. Oh and i believe LoL is pretty much the same way with iG and whoever the other asian teams are, being pretty even.

And for the lesser known scene's that i know about, AoE2 is still a decade later spit between like 6 people(the games are so damn close they now play a best of 21 to try and determine someone who's truly better) Tribes is pretty close among the top teams, SMNC is pretty close, urban terror was insanely close between the top teams until it's death.

I mean maybe i'm missing something but not every game is basically "you can tell at the begining of the season who'll be top 2, and who'll most lkely win LAN." also sorry i know nothing about CS so i can't speak about it.

Age of mythology was really strange in multi player, the resources seemed incredibly easy to stockpile, and you couldn't really attack all that effectively early on since towers were strong, and yet later on basically whoever had a titan first or spammed more end game units, like the colossus they basically were guaranteed a win.

EDIT: still it was a really fun game, and supreme commander is really cool, but it's going to take a while to get used to thanks for the suggestions.
