Realtalk, pathfinder is probably the strongest op in the game. Positioning mechanics are so absurd if you have half a brain.

The fixed the radar/smoke bug that allowed you to see the location of people on radar even if there was a smoke obscuring the LoS to them. Some of the Astralis players have been using it and were partial to it being legal because "its in the game."

ESEA S30 POWER RANKINGS
WEEK 4 – A NEW CHALLENGER APPROACHES

#1 FAINT GAMING [5-4] (ninjax, megaboy, krypt, tambo, ether, pops)
For some obvious reasons I am moving Veloc… I mean, Faint up 11 spots to #1 in IM for this week, and probably the remainder of the season. No one with a brain should be surprised about this change in the rankings, but many people are surprised about the roster change and some people are outright pissed because they can’t win IM easily anymore. All in all, quality mid-season memes.

#2 THEORY OF KNOWLEDGE [7-0] (meatball, phone, reflecto, faust, stock, fab)
No longer the titans of IM as a very steep hill has appeared in front of them blocking their path to a perfect season and an IM win. I still believe that they will beat all of the teams below them, but Faint is an entirely different beast.

#3 OJAMA COUNTRY [8-0] (wish, perfection, crab_f, dev, lizar, toy)
Still going perfect, but still yet to play ToK. Awaiting that match, will probably be one of the best regular season matches.

#4 EXCELLENT ADVENTURES [7-1] (dippidy, nazara, dongus, hayes, mustard, pablo)
No change, still awaiting the ToK match.

#5 REDEMPTION ARC [5-2] (cember, scratchh, shuckle, air, retard1, virgil)
With Ojama and Dunk Masters both coming up this week it is going to be a real test to see exactly where this team places after the air pickup. A win against either of them will move them up, but close losses wont change much. Its really their week to prove themselves.

#6 BUMBOLOGY [5-2] (ryan, nate rivers, cody, vaati, morsca, dylan)

#7/8 PANCAKE-WAFFLE RIFLE [5-3] (x3noxide, animus, Change, fygg, bowl, Tomato tom)
Tying PWR with the goblins this week as I believe these two will be in a close fight for the last and final playoff spot at the end of the season. I am putting PWR first in the ranking just due to RF/RA rankings.

#7/8 GOBLIN ZONE [5-3] (jetz, rain, grape juice, unicorn wizard, hedge, charis)
As expected both Ojama and Adventures kinda dumpstered this team in the past week of matches. I am interested to see their next 3 matches as they are against redemption, bumbos and dunk masters. Wins in any of these matches will either solidify them in playoffs or move them up in the ranks depending on the margin, but I would be surprised if they are able to pull out wins. The goblins are probably the 8th place gatekeepers for right now but it will be a very close fight with PWR.

#9 BD ENERGY [2-5] (raph, apt, SpaceCadet, aZn, jag, tsar)
Keeping BD at 9th this week, but last week it seemed the slayer jag showed up and they had a very close 5-4 loss to Ojama. Really I don’t think this says much as jag does this just about every single season but on the other hand it might be a peak into the team waking up and making a run for playoffs.

#10 RHDP [3-5] (ult, cinder, ed, playmo, peniferous, mu)
With a loss to Dunak masters and BD showing up in their past games I am swapping places and moving RHDP down a place this week. The upcoming game against BD will really show who deserves that #9 spot IMO.

#11 DUNK MASTERS [6-1] (legit, shiny, saila, jeff, makkabeus, XBS)
Memes are shit, still probably 5th/6th.

#12 I MISS MY FLY (MR FUNNY ALIEN ESPORTS) [2-7] (owib, zanda, jelq, el farmo, ipaka, tuba_god)

With a 5-1 win over the blacksiders this team has shown something. I am not entirely sure what that something is at this point in time or if that something will continue in the upcoming games, but they have earned a move up this week in the rankings.

#13 PORTLAND BLACKSIDERS [3-6] (chaseduck, syntax, botboy, screwb, azion, lorgon)
With a loss to the men who lost their fly I have to move them down in the rankings for now. Not totally sure what happened because I thought that this team was the stronger of the bottom 4, but I did also say that any of the bottom 4 teams could take games off of one another, so I guess that happened. Just didn’t expect it to be a 5-1.

#14 DOUBLEPLUSGOOD [1-6] (duke, lecrum, khil, prograde, arzt, osplo)
14th is the only spot left in the rankings for them this week, but their next 2 games will really tell the story of the bottom 4.

#15 ANOTHER DAY AT THE OFFICE [0-8] (aquila, drums, jenkins, taiga, lysol, sharkitect)
Sadly, I don’t think these guys will be winning any games at this point in the season, but they have managed to stay alive longer than 2 much better teams so this is a good thing for them. Honestly, I hope they stick around into next season with more or less the same team because learning experiences like this are one of the best ways to move up the rankings.

THE GRAVEYARD OF BROKEN TEAMS
TEAM NOW [3-13] (saam, esper, digi, froot, earthworker, lolguy)
Not really that surprised that this team fell apart once it hit the wall of harder teams in the top of IM. I’m not sure if them dying was the best choice because they probably could have gotten top 4, but it would have been a hard road for them so I can understand it.
