How can we improve camerawork during matches?

Yeah the 3rd day was rough... I think most of us were running on like 4 or 5 hours if sleep from the previous night? It also doesnt help that a lot of the tech was literally being developed at the event so there was some new stuff that most of us had to work into our usual workflow so there were some stumbles. Along with that we were working in observing pairs to run the tech and i dont think any of us are used to having other people do stuff for us so things get missed, or doubled up on because of assumptions.
I also just need to not start drinking @ noon :P

euro soldiers and snipers

Ninlopinteresting stuff, didn't quite think about snipers but soldiers i've always felt have a better understanding of the game than americans, however this seems to be a similar case for other games too, like counter strike has a history of strong euro players that just understand the game to a higher degree than americans, can someone with more knowledge on this as a whole drop some insight, i remember Nyk telling me bout this topic of euros doing better but it was such a long time ago i just cant remember it in detail
EU sollys not having A or D keys was a meme for the longest time for a reason. NA has had some of the strongest sollys in the game, its just within the last year or two with everyone quitting that the skill level has really fallen off.

IEM up to le $200 doletas

Personally I have a pair of HEM 4s from NuForce and I love them. If you want something a little less bass heavy then these fit the bill, very mid range focused.
The only issue being I am not sure if you are able to reliably find them. You can get them off of their website for like $300 or something but I have seen them on amazon for less. If you cant the HEM 2s and 1s are also really nice.
GL IEM's can be tricky as everyone wants something different out of them.

Ok so what, balls have been dropped and shit isn't implemented yet. If people hate it so much why are you still playing? Go back to inhouse pugs, set up IRC/discord bots (its not hard at all) faceit, people literally have so many options yet they continue to stick with a service that does not meet their needs. I don't understand at all, if the product or service sucks you are able to leave and do your own thing.
