my main concern with ESEA pugs is that I (believe) would have to pay for ESEA.
I know this isnt a big deal for most people since they are paying anyways to play in the league, but for people like myself who arent on a team but still want to pug it is a factor.

what you do is attach shoes to your knees and gloves holding the bag to your elbows
put on a generic kid costume with a mask and use a high pitch voice
go up to houses when the door isnt open and kneel on the gound with your hands on you neck
after they give you the candy change to a super deep voice, say thanks stand up and walk away

played SF4 on x box just got it today for steam

shruggerI have been playing a LOT of Street Fighter 4 lately, it has become one of my favorite games ever. I am thinking of buying KOF just to support fighting games on steam but that games looks way too hard for me, maybe if another noobie wants to play I will get it.
SF4 is on sale right now on steam btw, 75% off! today only, I recommend it highly

How do I get into dota/other games.

be prepared to lose every game of dota for a month strait while getting yelled at by your russian and brazilian teammates that have 600+ games but are still in the low que. I dont know why they are always russian or brazilian but they are.
but on a more seriouse note there are a lot of heros and items to learn so dont get discouraged if your first couple games are a little rough
