#2 ETF2L S28 W7: You Decide! in Events

Upfrag for ETF2L S28 Week 7: SVIFT vs. Weebtunnel Tactics

SVIFT and Weebtunnel Tactics face off in a W7 match that actually matters as far as playoff seeding and relegation goes, but might not be able to be covered.
SVIFT are in second place with 24 points, 1 point behind Lowpander. They need 2 points from this match to secure 1st seed going into the playoffs, with Lowpander being locked in at 25 points due to not having a match this week. Weebtunnel Tactics are on the opposite end of the spectrum in 7th place, and would love to take a few points from this match to rise above NUNYA or maybe even Da Choke Bustaz just to guarantee they won’t have to fight their way back into the Premiership.

Upfrag for ETF2L S28 Week 7: LEGO vs. nunya

You've decided it almost unanimously, the game you want to be covered, people of TFTV, is Lego vs Nunya ! And even though this is the last week of the season, this is not a friendly match.
If Lego wins, combined with a favorable result in the SVIFT vs Weebtunnel Tactics game, the squad led by Josh could potentially finish at the first place in the league. A comfortable position before heading into playoffs, securing a supposedly easier first game. And considering how close the season has been so far, every edge is good to have.
With the dreams of playoffs vanishing with their loss against Ascent.EU last week, the Nunya gamers have now another objective: not being the last team in the league. Currently sitting 2 points ahead of Weebtunnel Tactics, Eemes and his team will need to perform aswell as the weebs if they want to stay in Premiership next season. They even could end up being ahead of Da Choke Bustaz, an ending that should please Connor, former member of the aforementionned team.
To finish with, after two weeks of sunny days, we say goodbye to Sunshine, and we welcome back Process, gone missing since Week 1.

And don't forget, be ready, because this is gonna be a full OSfrog cast, with Twiggy and Ombrack on the mic. Saam will be there on the camera to prevent a complete french takeover. sec need use translator...

#1 ETF2L S28 W6: Ascent.EU vs. nunya in Matches

With the season slowly coming to its end, the stakes are getting higher and higher. If the top three spots of the tables are already secured (even thought the final order is still uncertain), the last qualifying ticket for the playoffs is still up to grab. And both Ascent.EU and Nunya should be the two main contenders for that fourth place.

After an unexpected and somewhat disappointing loss against Da Choke Bustaz last week (4-2), Nunya missed the opportunity to overtake its next opponent, and is now on the hot seat. Any new misstep could kick the team led by Eemes out off the race. But the last time the english demoman was under pressure to perform was at i61, and it was already against an iteration of Ascent.EU, already against Elacour and Credu. With that in mind, the possibilty of Nunya winning this game just became a lot more solid.

On paper, Ascent.EU seems more fit to compete in the playoffs, mainly because of all the close games they had against the better teams of the Premiership. But to conterpoint that, one may argue that the team recently picked up by Ascent didnt managed to beat a supposedly weaker team, Weebtunnel Tactics. So will Elacour pull off the sick pipes and Corbac the nutty bombs ? They will have to if they want to have a chance in this matchup.

Other point of interest, this week's maps are the two less known ones of the mappool, Sunshine and Reckoner. Nunya lost Sunshine in its Week 5 game, while Ascent.EU never played on it in an official game. The element of surprise could work in favor of Nunya, but maybe the boys from Ascent put their time to good use and will come into that game with that extra preparation.

The winner of this game would make a huge step forward, almost securing the 4th spot in the playoffs. And the loser will only have its eyes to cry. High stakes, thriving-under-pressure gamers, odd maps, possible tilt and crumble, this game has everything it needs.

#3 ETF2L S28 W4: Lowpander vs. Da Choke Bustaz in Matches

No hate behind it. I found this copy pasta and i wanted to use it, so much so i ignored some of your upsets from the essentials cup. I just checked etf2l and noticed you haven't beat anyone yet. Easy Target for shitty pasta acquired. Although i noticed it was because you had played SVIFT, LEGO in your first weeks so wrote in a spoiler why i was being unfair.

#1 ETF2L S28 W4: Lowpander vs. Da Choke Bustaz in Matches

A seven-year old boy challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him.

The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulation requiring that family unity be maintained to the highest degree possible.

The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried and said that they also beat him. After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him.

After two recesses to check legal references and confer with the child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the Da Choke Bustas, whom the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.
