Logitech g100s has done me wonders for a light small mouse
The Nova Gaming Master mousepad is rare but for a hard pad it works really well
I use sennheiser HD 380 pros for headphones and a focusrite scarlet 18i8 for my AD/DA and amp
Personally I'd avoid any condenser mics for just a mumble/comming microphone as they pick up a lot of room noise, and especially if you play in a kinda loud environment it can be really annoying to listen to. If you want a mic that uses XLR, just get a $40 dynamic cardiod and be done with it.
