low fps and huge ping

Hello, today I was playing tf2 after the update and it was running normally until my game crashed and I had to restart my laptop and when launched tf2 again it was now forced to dxlevel 9 and to a new res (I used to have 640x480 stretched) i also now have really low fps (10,20~) and huge pings (100,200~). I tried setting my dxlevel back to 8 but it's still really lagged out. Anyone with similar problems?

Hello, I cant change my classes interp to .033 and .0152 unless my interp_ratio is 0.
Is there a reason why it won't work on ratio 1 or 2? I normally only see 1 and 2 being used on connection configs so I was wondering if using interp_ratio 0 is a bad thing?

I think so. My aim feels different and I also don't have custom settings like netsettings, viewmodels etc.

are you using the stock hud? if so then you should have a button called competitive
or try the command "OpenMatchmakingLobby ladder" in your console without ", i think it used to open the matchmaking menu
thanks dude, yes im using stock hud and nothing appears. The command works tho so thank you! Sucks ill have to keep using it

Also you can now be given a beta pass to play at any time, there's a thread on this site that's regularly bumped if you'd like to ask for one.
Dont think there will be any stress test's anymore because everyone has passes now
does that mean that you can play whenever you want now?
