Mastercoms will give me best fps disregarding quality? I'm rocking a crispy 1.7 ghz cpu and 2g ram, and integrated graphics. Saving for new pc soon. Also how do I apply this method to my gameplay? Could you point me in the right direction? This is my first time. I usually just play league and n64 emulators but I'd like to see what I can do with tf2 until I get my new computer in about 5 months.

What do you mean put "ALL FILES" (on step 4) please explain where when how and why? Or at least a basic answer. Thank you.
