the point of ultimates is that they're abilities with long cooldowns that have a huge impact on the game
saying that because every player has an ultimate it's impossible to use gamesense to know when the skill is back up is weird. in any coordinated team someone is going to call that someone used their ultimate and then either time it or have a rough idea when it's going to be back up.
like it's the same shit as dota rofl, you can't really say that having powerful abilities breaks the game and lowers the skill ceiling. that's like saying quad damage ruins ctf/tdm in quake because players have to play around it
