Were applications up the whole time for that cup or was it cancelled earlier?

What's to bet Starkie and AMS swap between Scout and Soldier repeatedly...
Start time is great success SeemsGood
tfw everyone says they can play then 4/8 guys on your team show up and you have to forfeit.
FML
Is this single elim or double bracket?
Maybe ETF2L should make a newspost on the cup.

Shpeeismegeorgebaii2) Lose a large majority of players because system isn't good and teams get rolled by experienced teams so they avoid the setup so they can lose less games elsewhere.
Why do most tf2 players hate to lose that much? I loved getting rolled by a prem mix full of people I looked up to in a razer cup and making this horrible video. If razer cups didn't die I'd still be doing my best to make teams and get rolled. I must admit that I kinda forgot about them along with everyone else :/
Most teams/players would rather lose against teams they know are playing the same Division as them as they then will be committed to making changes. When said team loses to another team they know are much more experienced the team that lost 99.99% of the time will disregard that game and basically conclude "They are playing in x division compared to us so of course we're going to lose/get rolled and there was nothing we could do etc." Therefore the more possibility there is of playing against higher div team or getting rolled constantly makes them consider platforms such as Razer Cups and FaceIt a waste of time.
1) Get a bunch of initial interest first.
2) Lose a large majority of players because system isn't good and teams get rolled by experienced teams so they avoid the setup so they can lose less games elsewhere.
3) Eventually loses too much player support and dies in a few months.
Case in point, Razer Cups and probably faceit at this rate.
HildrethThe best part about DM is you can put 3 stickies somewhere and camp and get easy frags and make Mid players who grind DM 12 hours a day very upset because Sticky traps are an unrealistic part of Deathmatch. :)
driftait is if they're on a health pack
Or if there's only one player that actually does that...
Good idea, gives an opportunity to try out new casters and have constant content from the stream.
