Since blue is closer to the angle, he has control over whether to engage or disengage in the fight, since he can create/break line of sight faster than red. Red only has an advantage on the first shot, so it's kinda a trade-off in my eyes. Plus in 6s most classes are bad at long range so I'd say in a 6s scenario blue is stronger.

(actually on 2nd thought it still depends, cuz if ur bad health then u prolly don't want to engage in a fight regardless, in which case you'd want to go far like bear said)

sync term = total rockets used
whether the rocket was shot on the ground or in the air does not matter
when people say "sync" generally it could be any number, but they usually mean a "double" because those syncs are the most common, and they will usually specify the amount if rockets > 2
ultimately its just a convention and you can say whatever u want, but calling a triple a double will make u sound like a big noober

The issue with lolguy's ban is that they had no reasonable way of knowing that they could have been banned for this action; nobody has to justify shittalk to show why this ban is still an abuse of power. That discussion can come at a later point.
