We will also need a medic backup as none of our backups feel comfortable playing medic. Ideally we would want someone who has league experience and if needed would know what they are doing when called upon. Feel free to add me if you are looking to just backup.
Update on original post: We are still doing tryouts for medic and two soldiers, so if you would like a tryout feel free to add me on steam as well.
NikHappyFaceSounds good WhitePower and Hooky!
Yup don't forget today at 3pm EST will be our first New Map Sunday hosted by hooky.
Here is a little more info : http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/1894
Hope to see some of you there!
beckerPlease invite me
It is an open group, you do not need an invite to join but I sent you one anyways :D
eCan I get unbanned, since I used the mumble for dota>sc2>pugs
We can talk over steam. Add me.
Hey teamfortress.tv community,
I saw Vortex's post that he had a 15 slot mumble server available for a new team that needed one to use. I noticed that there was a lot more interest than the size of his mumble could hold, so I wanted to make my mumble available to anyone. Everyone is welcome to use my mumble at any time it has way more slots than we will ever need. If you would like your own channel for your team, community, personal use or a game we do not have a channel for currently you can request one by contacting myself (WhitePowerJesus) over steam or in the mumble.

Thanks for your time!

Since the new map pugs are in a coma due to the Newbie Mixes conflicting with them and Scorpio no longer playing TF2 apparently, how about making one night of pugs dedicated to testing new maps? We realistically won't be able to organize scrims for every map, so we can filter out the horrible maps first and then pick the best out of the rest.
Also I don't think I even played in one yet.
This is a cool idea. I will start planning a night when we can host a new maps night every week. I will post more info once it has been decided.

FUCKING LIAR I ASK YOU EVERY TIME BUT YOU LIE TO ME
Dingo it was just recently added.
vanillaOnly reason I left the group is cause you never stopped spamming announcements :\
They are only posted when pugs are starting or people are needed.
Hey teamfortress.tv community,
I am trying to get the word around about our recently started pug group, Power Pugs. This is a group made by team Power Rangers hoping to create a pug community for everyone to enjoy. We host pugs regularly on our three servers and we use Mumble for voice communication during these pugs. To take part in the pugs join mumble when you see an announcement posted.
We don't have many rules, but a few simple ones we expect everyone to follow.
1. Must have a microphone in order to play.
2. Trolling or being rude to other players is not acceptable. This group is an open group and welcomes everyone of all levels.
3. If you come to play a pug and get picked you must finish the pug. If you need to leave early contact the admin running the pug. Leaving a pug without letting an admin know will result in a warning and the second time in a ban.
4. Keep the off classing to a minimum. We do not allow off classing throughout whole rounds as pyro, heavy, spy, etc. Excessive off classing ruins the game for everyone else participating. The first time excessive off classing takes place will result in a warning and the second time will result in a ban. Off classing should really only be used for holding/pushing last points.
5. Let admins explain procedures before randomly blurting them out. This makes the pugs far more understandable to newcomers. So let the admins run the pugs, they should be the only ones calling when people should be joining spec and when medic fights are suppose to start.
These rules are in place, so that everyone can have an enjoyable time.
We play all stock maps and here is a list of custom maps currently supported by Power Pugs:
cp_ashville_b6
cp_croissant_rc6
cp_follower
cp_freight
cp_mainline_rc6
cp_metalworks_rc2

cp_warmfront
cp_waste_v2
koth_ashville_rc1
