Things moved slowly during the holiday season, so hopefully the meetings this week will clear a lot of stuff up, such as LAN sleeping accommodations for the gamers and the accompanying shuttle buses to the venue as well as the prize pool!

My Avira used to catch 'mssmp3.asi from the Team Fortress 2\bin folder, whitelisted that, validated game files to get it back and my ingame sounds worked again, so fairly certain that's the issue for your sounds.
Also the GeForce overlay should not interfere that much with the AC hook for OBS, tried updating drivers there?
Check if your antivirus is nuking that one file which does the audio for TF2, make your common/Team Fortress 2 folder an exception in your AV and validate your game files.

Add a 'playername' element in the 'playerpanels_kv' (similar to the spectatortournament one) and make sure to add "labelText" "%playername%" in it.

It is either BackpackItemGrayedOut(_Selected) or BackpackItemBorder
Try to confirm this by changing the 'image' or color in the border definitions and checking with showschemevisualizer clientscheme
The respawn timer in MM hud is a thing in SpectatorTournament.res and might only move with a if_match if you don't pin it to anything.

As Heny explained in #34 higher up on this page: yes, there will be more than 2 HL games, especially during the group stages (provided there is more than 3 teams attending)
Alternatively VODs can be made private for Twitch Subs only as well

How do move the new item notification or relocate the menu options?
These are elements in your MainMenuOverride.res
- Notifications_Panel << the actual panel that shows up when you click Notifications_ShowButtonPanel
- Notifications_ShowButtonPanel << the button with the amount of notifications + image etc. nested inside of it
It is a shame the wiki section on GitHub can't be used for documentation/help purposes in this case.

TFTV doesn't do much for SEA coverage wise, if you want to get the production and casts sorted out & improved there I're recommend contacting me or fozzlm to get TFLIVETV on it.
solly6materials/vgui/replay/thumbnails is the path where I placed the texture files. Still doesn't work.
Did you also add VMTs for each VTF, fixing the path inside the VMT to the new path in the thumbnails folder?
And which path are you using in your .res file pointing to the thumnails, this should be something like "image" "../vgui/replay/thumbnails/scout"
