watching STVs and demos is generally better than not watching them, however I don't think you or most other people will be skillcapped by not watching them
long-time friends got me interested in the first place, new friends keep me interested. I enjoy the teamwork and bonding more than any TF2-specific facet, it's just by chance that for me it's in TF2 and not another game.
I think eXtv was the first I saw comp tf2. I played one lobby as medic on tf2lobby in like 2012 didn't know the heal order or anything lol, got re-interested in 2015 from watching Seagull oddly enough. Kinda wish I got involved earlier

very vocal and supportive. Never heard him get upset in a game.
Just finished our last match of the season, didn't make playoffs. I just want to say thank you everyone for a great first season of ESEA for me. I didn't do too well but I have great mentors on my team to help me grow going forward. again, ty everyone
cool gamer, definitely could make playoffs on a prepared team
played with him a while back, solid calls, never tilts, pick him up!
played against him last night, solid damage, hope he gets picked up soon
Very excited to be playing esea for my first season, I look forward to every match. Been friends with almost everyone on the roster for a few years now. Still getting low DPM compared to the rest of the team but I feel I'm improving each week. Hope everyone is having a fun season so far.
