You should get a cheap rubbish (or at the most, 'ok') laptop for using microsoft word or whatever, then buy a great pc for that money. You're not really going to be playing games outside of your house, unless your parents live separately (like mine), or you go on a lot of vacations (which have famously shitty internet anyway).

Is the Quake Live hud included in this?
I meant i5 4690k, sorry I'm retarded.
So what would be the best cpu for tf2? I'm thinking about getting an i5 4790k, I currently use a FX-6300. Thoughts?
Is there a way to see the % increase in performance for a i5 vs i7 (i know there are different cards in the series but just generally) for tf2?
I know the i7 has negligible fps benefits for regular games that use more gpu, but I was wondering if it would give a bigger advantage for CPU-based games such as this one.
Thanks in advance!

Hi devs, I don't see Accuracy Spread turned off in these settings. It's a standard competitive feature to have it off in any competitive server. The command in console is: tf_use_fixed_weaponspreads - tf_use_fixed_weaponspreads 0 will turn it off and tf_use_fixed_weaponspreads 1 will turn it on. So make sure to put tf_use_fixed_weaponspreads 0 in your server's configs! Thanks!

Could you not create a bind to use the command(s) for the weapon wheel to switch to weapon 1 and click automatically? What I mean is when you press 1, it will technically be using the select-and-click method of switching weapons, but you will auto click. This would mean you are really using the same button to switch weps, but you would be able to see it on the screen, for example bind 3 "slot3;(then put a command to input a click into the game, such as +attack might work. You could even do it outside the game)". The weapon wheel wouldn't be on the screen forever, or in the center of the screen but it's a start so you can switch weapons without the delay of clicking to confirm switch. I hope this was what you were looking for.
So we're not going to spoil the story *spoils 1st part of story*.
