bump, trying to start one now, not many joining.

I want to start a PUG group for those of us that want to improve but aren't really finding opportunities to do so.
Since I am around a lowish to mid open level, I'd like the group to stay around that level as well and grow as we all grow.
I mostly want to provide others and myself with the most scrim like environment I can.

Most PUGs will start when an admin of the group makes a post and then the first 12 people to hop in mumble will play. Since I work a full time job, it won't always be me running the show. Most likely PUGs will occur in the evenings before scrims or on weekends.

I've built a team that will compete in Season 27 of Open. We have been forming for about two weeks now and have finally solidified the roster below:

Flank Scout: pagedMOV
Pocket Scout: think
Roamer: console_
Pocket: Tanner
Demoman: Dane
Medic: Yari Qwerty
Sub: LolPenguin

We scrim twice a night for four days a week Sun-Thurs (usually have 1 day off for people missing).
Our issues mostly lie with not being able to execute our plans or really knowing what the optimal plan is in certain situations.
We're needing someone who has struggled with the first few bumps for a newer team. Mostly looking for someone to give us direction and talk holds/pushes with us.

I've done this, so not sure why it's not working. I didnt update metamod or sourcemod since I assumed the ones in there were already up to date.

Recently purchased a server from Tragic that already has sourcemod and mge mod.
When I change the server to a mge map, the mod doesn't work. I can't !add anywhere.

Am I missing a step? What should I do?

Tried him out once. Was a very positive player. Seems to have ping issues so hopefully he can get that resolved as he mentioned it happens frequently. Oh, and good dm.

So I've made a team for ESEA Open Season 27. I currently gauge our skill level at about the middle of open.

I am also looking for a sub:
As a sub, I cannot guarantee how often you will play but it seems like you will play 3-5 nights a week and mostly as scout or demoman, but would be preferred if you can play all classes!

We scrim Sun-Thurs starting at 930est.

Requirements

• be able to make 3-5 nights of scrims a week
  
• be willing to practice dm outside of scrims
  
• be willing to review demos of yourself and higher level players in your role
  
• have SOME expereince in ESEA at a low or mid Open level
  
• be a positive and motivated player
