Obs audio lag

So when i stream there is like 1 second audio delay so i changed the audio offset in obs so that it was synced to the gameplay. But then after a while it goes back to audio delay and its aids again.

my audio has always been on stereo, my audio bitrate is at 160

Thats way to low of a bitrate
