no i really couldnt have i literally only figured out who the alts were based on scrim logs and msh hadnt scrimmed with them but continue jumping to comclusions
they are literally fresh blank private accounts if you can figure out who owns one of those please share your methods

Panda_RaceCar37having no power to deal with cheaters is what empowers them, they are more than aware of this fact, if their was some sort of punishment then they might just stop.
and do not get me wrong I am just as mad as everyone else but in my opinion two major issues in open is sandbagging and hackers. sandbaggers taking the high ground and pointing their fingers is them getting a scapegoat. while one is much worse than the other they both are problems plaguing this division and need to be dealt with.

they switched off of this account and before you say "you cant play esea with a vac in another game" you can you just cant connect an account that is already vacced, and since previous accounts are still connected the only reason to switch would be a tf2 vac
