#254 Coolest Alias in TF2 in Off Topic
Mr_Owlsafrixphraxgood: abstract nice sounding words, no names/food or whatever

e.g. tagg

worst: weird references

i fucking loved these books

and they were worth so many AR points in school

I loved reading the redwall book over and over again, in it's various iterations, until in book 7 or 9 it got to the same part with the same riddle and the same exact plot and I just. I can't keep doing this no. I understand reusing some plot themes if they work but all you did was change the names.

Grooveif one person at a party tells you that you're drunk you can ignore them

if everyone at a party tells you that you're drunk, you're probably drunk

Good sentiment, :) it reminds me of my favorite saying: "If one person tell you you're a horse, they're crazy. If ten people tell you you're a horse, it's a conspiracy. If 100 people tell you you're a horse, it's time to buy a saddle."

Axiom I know you can't respond, but don't you think you owe the people of this forum, and mustard an apology? I'm not trying to put you down, but I do hope that you consider the axiom that "You have to give respect to get it. You only get what you give."

You are rude to people, and they are rude in turn to you. You insult people, and they in turn insult you. Wont you try being nice, just to see where it gets you? I know you have it in you.

If you're in a league that Mustard could be looking, then you know who he is. Telling you he is dedicated or good wont do anyone any good, so I'll say this:Mustard and I have had our issues in the past, but the last time I played with him, he was fun to play with. The very prior time of playing with each other, we were very frustrated. insulting each other and calling out mistakes, it was a toxic environment. The ill feelings carried over for me and I was upset to be picked on his team in pug.na, given our previous fight.

However, we got along splendidly in the pug. He was fun to play with, and while chatty, not abusive, or mean. He seemed to take more care of his own mistakes than others. I know I can trust him to maintain a friendly atmosphere in a team environment, where it matters the most.

#55 How do you dry yourself? in Off Topic

Wow, this slick water off thing seems to be the answer to my problems.

I have a system where I cycle towels. I clean myself with a towel, and put it in the "used" spot. Then I get the one that used to be there and clean the floor with it. I just step immediately out of the shower, so there's a lot of water everywhere. The floor towel goes in the laundry and I put a new towel in the bathroom for next time, repeat.

I have two towels in the bathroom at any time, one ready to clean me, and the other ready to clean the floor, but because of the system, I don't use up two new towels each time. I'm pretty proud of this accomplishment.

#2 frequent game crashes since last update in Q/A Help

Have you tried removing everything in your custom folder, (obv backing it up first) and trying to run it without any kind of modifications?

#26 the deep web in Off Topic

I used it for a while. Everything is hosted on a PC therefore slow and not always available, it's pretty annoying in that regard. I didn't find anything cool or illegal, but I did catch some virus and reformatted my PC.

I was in the conspiracy section, there wasn't anything good or cool, but a lot of people completely convinced that numerology could prove what the New World Order was up to if applied to newspaper headlines, and people accusing other people of being secret agents.

He has been a kind and dear friend to me, and if there is any hope that it might help him out I shall endeavor to tell you the truth. His dedication, personality and DM will be an immense asset to your team. He might be the most agreeable person I have ever played with, as he may be to you and yours.

He has a natural tendency to see things for how they are, and is not clouded by ego. For this reason, he is quick to improve his mistakes, and any time he spends practicing is more valuable than that same amount of time, spent by another player.

He is also a very genuine friend, and his sense of loyalty goes farther than that of any other I have played with as well.

I have yet to meet someone who could speak an ill word of him, and if I did, I yet doubt they would.

I know I may not be the best player in this game, and I might not know everything about the scouts you want on your team, in fact you might not even consider me very good at all. But I do know this man, and I know that will will always do his best, and try his hardest, and you will be able to appreciate his efforts.

For every scrim, he brought the perfect attitude. When I say the perfect attitude, I mean that he was serious in every way you would want someone to take the game seriously. He tried his best, he stayed focused, and he helped and supported his team when and wherever he could.

But let me also tell you, that in any way you want someone not to be serious, he wasn't. That in every way in which you want to enjoy this game for it's own sake, he will help you there too.

He is always fun to play with. He has never raged, never complained in game, never made anyone feel bad in mumble. If he had any complaints about people, he would always first try to consider their viewpoint. He would never attack or insult anyone in game and he has never let his ego cloud his thinking. I have never even known he was displeased until after the game was over, then and only then, would he engage in a rational discussion about any problems.

He has without doubt, been my most pleasant memory of TF2 in the few years I have been playing it. I hope you will consider him for your team, and I wish your team, should you pick him up, the best of luck.

I didn't like it at first, because there were so many bad mods already, but after a while I realized it's really well done.

#1 Open medic LFT in Recruitment (looking for team)

Mid-high open if I'm being generous with myself.

I've played several seasons of TF2 now, usually medic or scout and always open. I also roster rode in main, (I paid all my fees just in case they got desperate, and the gambit paid off. I discovered I was bad enough to make a main team lose to the worst team in the div, but now it says I played in main and for me that was a success. I did try my best, of course.)

I'm always trying to get better. I try to be friendly, I watch at least one demo for every night of scrimming. I set my own hours so I'm available anytime.

:)

Edit:I forgot to mention I can't scrim until around the 8th.
