he seems to miss like 75% of his shots and does sub par.
I'm pretty sure around 30% accuracy is average for a lot of things.

you guys are making a big deal about some nobody (me).
I like how you try to deflect attention away from yourself.
You're on a top 3 team in your division. You are on a sponsored team. The likelihood that you and your team will move up into the somebody divisions is pretty high. You could probably already be considered a somebody to a lot of open and UGC players based on the division you are already in.
But you said you were a nobody so lets all just look the other way while you spend entire games on sniper, go into pug channels with the express interest of trolling and ruining games, and get VaC banned for hacking.

So a person who the community already hated gets an alt account vac banned, and his name is mud, he is banned from everything and ostracized to oblivion.
Another person, who the community doesn't already hate gets his main account vac banned, and the community pussy foots around with how they suddenly did a 180 and now believe in waiting for the whole story, innocent till proven guilty. Someone who the community already hated makes a comment about it and gets harassed himself.
At least its somewhat consistent.

So far the only real proof of that is an anonymous accusation.
