I like your casts war but do think you could be a little more professional. The memes and jokes are honestly funny but when you do it so much it can feel childish. In the last cast i caught when you gave insight and game thoughts you were smart and had good thoughts. But i also remember regular season games where it was all jokes and memes and it can feel unprofessional and unfunny.

Give your insights as a player first and foremost. You have good things to say and share and it makes for a good cast. Keep the memes, they are funny and what makes war casts unique but dont make them the whole cast. If you see an opportunity for a good zinger, joke, or meme, make it. But keep it to an acceptable level that you think will keep them funny and not look bad on yourself.

I run and do starting BWF. I do the Monday both, Wednesday both, Friday run, Saturday BWF.

On Monday and Wednesday is it bad to have a break between the cardio and strength training if I do proper warm-up/cool down? Like an hour or two because of scheduling or honestly I just need a break?

But ive lost 30 pounds since September and am noticeably skinnier, so thats rad.

Ive used the pip-boy on my engineer since it came out so every once in a while when item servers are down and I see the default buil/destroy hud I think somethings broken because I dont remember what it looks like.
