thanks for all the advice, my coach is my history teacher and hes taught me most of the basics, and my dad use to play water polo but hes been out of town for a week. unfortunately my assistant coach sucks.

lynaGet good at treading water and swimming. It's intense as fuck.
luckily my dad used to be a swimmer until college he quit. so if i have any problems with that i can go to him, but are there any fundamentals i should know besides that.
