i left the crosshairs enabled (cos i cbf disabling, soz)
and it's designed for 1280*720 idk if it looks weird in other resos, enjoy (hopefully it works)

made m0rehud font smaller and the hud itself m0re central
removed large uberlabel and moved the small one up (changed colour too)

Reasonably sure it's garm3n's version (that's the one I was using recently) and at the time of that post I played at 1280*768.

i don't actually use that combo of crosshairs anymore
but most huds come with konrwings now anyway (mine is at font size/tall value in clientscheme 11) and heaps of huds come with a basic cross crosshair + default cl_crosshair_file "" is just ingame
