The way I got it was by typing "cl_crosshair_file asdf" into console. You could probably type anything you want in place of "asdf".

I don't really like using different crosshairs per class/slot, just feels weird. Wasn't thinking about using this really anyway, just weird that bloodsire can aim ridiculously well as sniper with a square crosshair.

i've had some people tell me that their my line crosshair looks different on their own hud. obviously this has something to do with resolution but i've also had people with the same resolution tell me the same. i use 1600 x 900 windowed on 1980x1080 desktop. if you have any issues, ask. i'll see what i can do.

i think this is the only crosshair ive used for longer then a week

i don't actually use that combo of crosshairs anymore
but most huds come with konrwings now anyway (mine is at font size/tall value in clientscheme 11) and heaps of huds come with a basic cross crosshair + default cl_crosshair_file "" is just ingame

Reasonably sure it's garm3n's version (that's the one I was using recently) and at the time of that post I played at 1280*768.

i don't see the point of reviving this thread.

To share crosshairs, I assume.
Some threads are only relevant for a certain period of time and those are the ones that shouldn't be revived, but I don't see the problem with reviving ones like this.

what i mean is, what are we suppose to achieve when sharing our crosshairs? it's personal preference, anyway.

maybe a big crosshair list thread would be useful. people would share theirs, it would be added to the main post, included with pictures and download, so that people can look for a crosshair that they like and use it

but just showing off crosshairs? seems a bit pointless if you ask me.

Inspiration, seeing what other people use and like, etc. Some people do put download links too, so there's that.

If you made a huge well formatted list of crosshairs with downloads, that'd be fantastic. I for one would love that. Just don't be all snooty because people aren't doing that already.
