Can't switch POV in spectate/stv

Q/A Help
Whenever I try to switch from third person to first person in spectator, I can't. The usual key for me is spacebar, but all of a sudden it stopped working. On STVS, my camera is locked in freemode and i can't change it to first person or even third person either. Anyone know a way I could rebind it, or maybe even bind it to a different key?
