droidReally nice hud, but I have seen one thing that's a bit weird. The "You are now red, "capture all 5 points to win" etc are really small.
They're small since they're unnecessary big in the default HUD. I think you can figure out yourself when you are on RED team, and that you have to capture 5 control points to win a cp map
SevinWe resolved cobbalt's issue. I made an announcement on Steam, but I'll ask here too: I'm gonna be updating soon but I've fallen a bit behind on TF2 updates, so I need a little help figuring out what all needs fixing. If you guys could post here (with some pictures please) and let me know what's up, I'll try and sort it out.

Do you happen to use mac? Mac can cause this problem with some crosshairs, it just happens with some fonts. If not, your crosshair's font file is messed up.

HUD/scripts/hudlayout.res 'HudDeathNotice'. Edit the fgcolor of the "BaseBackgroundColor" and the "LocalBackgroundColor".

1) Move the health and ammo up by changing the ypos.
2) Look at BX-HUD and try implementing that into your HUD.
3) Look at the default HUD and try implementing that cross into your HUD.
4) I have no idea what you mean by that, but you'll probably need to edit 'huditemeffectmeter_killstreak.res'.

As for now, you'll need to edit HUD/resource/ui/hudplayerhealth.res and HUD/scripts/hudanimations.txt
In hudanimations.txt, all the animations are controlled. Section 'event HudHealthBonusPulse' controls what elements are animated when overhealed. Implement the shadow of your health there, for example: Animate PUTELEMENTNAMEHERE FgColor "0 0 255 255" Linear 0.0 0.0
To make this animation stop when not overhealed anymore, do the same thing in the section 'event HudHealthBonusPulseStop'.

I am sorry to have disturbed/annoyed people on this thread by spamming.
I have checked both flames HUD guide and doodles HUD guide but there was nothing about boxes...
In Rays HUD from scratch video where he talks about boxes he didn't mention how to make them with round/soft corners. Again I'm sorry to have annoyed people on this thread.
Please note that I have never done any form for HUD editing of other form of coding.
As i told you before, boxes aren't different from any other hud element. Take a look at BX-HUD for example, that HUD has rounded corners for the hudplayerhealth. Just look at how he did it and try implementing it into your HUD. You will have to edit HUD/resource/ui/hudplayerhealth.res and hudammoweapons.res, hope this helps.

i can't seem to find where i should change the font in those .res files
Option nr. 1: Look at the names of the section, change visible values to '0'/xpos values to '99999' and see what disappears. That's how you know what section controls what exactly.
Option nr. 2: ctrl+f 'font' and change the font that they use.
