what about deathy's double airshoy on b4nny?
tfw you can't hold sunshine last with even ubers multiple offclasses and a sentry against a team full of memers
fatswimdude4812622the secret is to lead the team so they cant cut you
tell that to candlestick and neon
mousiopeBumFreezemousiopewell if we are talking about actual tf2 thats not full of retards, why is your hypothetical medic a retard?Turini'm pretty sure carrying lower caliber teammates is possible in tf2 as well
when i say tf2 im talking about actual tf2 not tf2centers, div6 or open ...
you can be prem/invite but if you decide to play/act like a retard you can ruin the game for everyone else
example: full time snipers or if the dude you got randomly matched with playing med decides hes a fragging class cause hes having a bad day ..
I agree with you that a single player can definitely anchor a team super hard, but that's not to say that the rest of the team can't step up their game and carry said player.
Trust me I've had quite a bit of experience with this (see: NeonCharmander, CondescendingCandlestick, spello playing on a netbook)
mbotmodeFor example, several of the teams TicTack was on
50% healspread, 8 second ubers, 5 ping and the ability to single handedly dominate any non top 10 team
pretty sure there was a log from a little while ago where he got 67% heals from saam
mousiopeyou cant compare the cs matchmaking to tf2, you can get carried by 1 player in lower elo matches, that doesnt happen/exist in tf2 its all im saying

to name a few

IMO it'd be a good idea to have it automatically ban the maps that were just played, instead of (or in addition to) the random map bans. Would prevent people from having to do two metalworks pugs in a row (and help add more variety, which seems to be the whole point of random bans)
holy fuck the new sound scared the living shit out of me
pls lower the volume or make it less high pitched
astrin_sorry, im new to this but when I start up TF2 using lawrena, all of my custom binds, crosshairs, etc are removed. how do I fix this?
that's just the very nature of lawena, it moves your custom folder to lwrtcustom and replaces it with it's own custom folder (containing movie configs and such)
I don't understand why you put in the clip at 1:30, unless I'm mistaken you're just doing the last jump on eons (an easy soldier map) the way it's intended to be done.
As for the edit overall I enjoyed it, the HLAE smooths were for the most part pretty good and I liked he music. As others have said the difficulty/creativity on the jumps was kind of lacking, but it's understandable since it's your second movie. Another thing I should mention is that the custom explosion particles (ex 1:14) were a little bit too flashy for my liking, they can become much less of an eye sore if you use motion blur (either using srcdemo or some sort of frame blending in vegas, don't believe in game motion blur affects it)
tiranTrue, I'm just getting what I can basically, if there's a source for tf2 jump demos other than having good jumpers as friends, feel free to tell me ^^
If I remember correctly, tf2rjweekly posted demo download links to some of their older runs (or casual's first TAS runs at least). If you need editing practice that may be useful, but it's probably not worth it to make an entire movie out of already-used clips. The easier option is to just make a jump democall thread and hope people will submit stuff.
GL man, you definitely have potential as a video maker, just keep at it.
