DaneI had this problem, had to turn my "Buffer Size" down a bit. I had it the same as my max bitrate, which is bad apparently. You might wanna set that to 1000 if it's not.
kaceI had the same issue with OBS. I had to disable aero on startup for it to work properly.

Yes. Streaming on wireless is bad. No one should ever do that.

excellent caller, can pocket really well if you need a pocket. he also has nasty pipes and sticks. his medic is unstoppable too. would pick up if he told me earlier.
excellent roamer. can offclass sniper and destroy shit. he will get you the pick if you wish it. dm is top notch would pick up again
if you use the obs game capture source, it'll stop capturing the game if you're alt tabbed soo yeah, just for those using it. also there is stream delay built in on it right now in the latest "experimental" build. http://obsproject.com/temp/test8.zip for those who want it, and it allows gifs and the way it drops frame is different now, it doesn't cause the stream to stutter anymore.
