It's never been too much of a problem before, but having just got a mechanical keyboard I'm wondering if any of the audio nerds experts of TF2 have any advice on specific settings I should be using on Windows/ my VoIP programs to make my voice sound better/ avoid picking up keyboard noise?

There isn't usually. Just that our school allows us to do our linear maths exam in year 10 and the people who achieve or get above their target grades and year 10 are permitted to do a stats GCSE in year 11 just for the sake of having an extra GCSE.
Better than doing the AO Level that year like my school did - no university gives a damn about it and it's harder than a GCSE.

It's a really unique looking HUD. Personally I think the huge health bar on the left needs something to balance it on the right - maybe an undercharge bar for medic or an ammo count for heavy/pyro? That would at least give it a definitive target audience. (:
