wjust started working again like a month ago and management treats me like im subhuman. they always whistle at me and say one word commands like "come" or "eat" while pointing towards the breakfast room like im a dog.. (i dont think i ever heard them call me by my name when i say their's all the time)
everytime i ask them something they pause for a good 10 sec and just give me a disgusted look. there were some lowkey racism here and there but i didnt really want to overreact. they make me buy them coffee out of my own pocket even though i receive less than minimum wage (late pay cheque by a week). when i asked them for my pay stub, they hide from me the entire week
stuff like this really wears down my confidence about myself as a human being.my coworkers and customers on the other hand have been very pleasant and i get along with them really well
sorry for the rant i usually dont get stuff like this off my chest that often. i have that problem where i just hold stuff in
dude where the fuck do you live? most countries have systems set in place for people to report abuse like this... you should look into this

Max_I hate when East Coast players or people who live in Chicago play on a Colorado or Dallas server and complain that they have 30 ping instead of 5 ping. How do you think we feel on the West Coast when we regularly play with 80-90 ping. Like I'm happy when I get 60 ping and they're still complaining that they have 30
no!!! please be trolling me... everything about your post is incorrect. chicago is the only viable server location for na and i know most people will agree with me. not only is dallas a terrible location to host servers they all have brutal routing compared to chicago.

diashockI always want to queue up for pugs and stuff, but then I make mistakes which ends up with me getting flamed. Then I end up never queueing for pugs again out of fear of being labeled as cringey or brainless or however you want to call it, and once I muster up the courage to queue for pugs again, everything goes well until I do something stupid again and the cycle repeats.
I probably shouldn't care about it and try to keep pugging and finding other ways to improve anyways, and it's probably my fault for not being up-to-par in the first place but I always feel so down in the dumps after having a bad game where I drop and lose the round etc.
any nigga who shit talks you in a pug is worse than you. that's the mindset I've always followed. if it really bothers you just ignore and local mute them. you are also anonymous and shielded by your alias online so nothing really matters anyways. keep pugging and you'll become far superior to your h8rs!!!
