This guy joined my mumble uninvited and started going on about how he hates guys and loves women. Knowing that this is clearly false, I called him out on it. He got very upset and told me to get bonernutted, (???) I was shocked that he would use such vile language in a casual gaming mumble, but he did. I would rate Jodd 2/10 because he told me to get nutted and tries to 'convince' everyone that he is not gay even though he clearly is a raging and flamboyant homosexual.
Hi, I'm brownstone
(>^_^)> <-- trog (but browner)
Looking for a team next season for CEVO...huehuehue
Played 2 and half seasons of ESEA open as medic, pocket, and scout in that order.
I'm only looking for a POCKET spot
Availability should be fine (still have to see how the next term feels though) but there might be days where I cannot scrim earlier than 9pmEST
Hi, I'm brownstone
I've been playing since season 13 of ESEA, currently playing scout in open for Chilling in North Korea
I usually stream TF2 pugs/pubs and hoping to get some scrims in as well, and on weekends I tend to stream some diablo as well.

I'm from Canada 8)
please add to tf.tv streams :D
this is how it lags for me

watch the ping spikes bottom right corner

I was spectating a tf2mix game and it still has ping spikes
When i run a pingplot I get 100% packet loss on the 2nd line. I have the same problem as you constant weird ping spikes throughout the day with or without other people using the internet.

I feel the same way when I play MGE even against close friends. It seems like there's more than just aim issues here so I'm suggesting practising on your own first. The best way to "learn" something is to understand on your own without anyone's advice/help first, THEN you seek help on the little things like track aim/flick aim etc.. So play against bots until you get that "feel" everyone else that's wrecking you gets. Then when you play against real people you see improvements.
Also when you play against people that are destroying you (in game wise) you need to avoid 1v1 direct confrontations with them. One the pros of playing scout is that you are able to pick and leave 75% of all your fights; if things turn sour, leave.
Ruwin gave a really good advice on stream once, that was to THINK about each and every death that happens to you. Who killed you? Were you out of position? Which one got the first shot off? Was the death your fault? etc etc... Thinking about this EVEN in mge will help you improve. You may not feel the improvement right away (because it might take sometime to fix a bad habit of long strafing too much or whatever) but making that mental note is already the first step in improving because every other time the same thing happens to cause you to die you will understand the REASON for your death and you'll slowly develop a strategy to fix it.
golly I wrote so much
Today TF2 has made a girl get harassed on stream by 200 horny men, a man give a condom boobjob to a protected lettuce (on stream as well) and now turned e-thugs into willy-loving lunatics. Please help.

...the quick fix?
...the map?
...the HWG?
...the fact that there was a ton of real money on the line?
or was it potentially a combination of all of the above?
If we take out the quickfix for one season, with everything else being constant (i.e., same amount of prize money, same maps...) then we can determine whether or not it was the quickfix's fault for the stalemates. Taking away one variable and keeping everything else as a controlled variable to run a "experiment" has always been the proper (scientific) approach to determine how one variable affects another.
If S15 LAN turns out to be as stalematey as it was this LAN without the quickfix then why not let it back in? However, if it's absence does seem to improve the pacing of the game then I don't see why it should be unbanned (unless there is a proper nerf that is...).
super nice guy, gave good and precise critiques for my team last season and helped me to improve pocketing tremendously
I prefer pocket but roaming is fine as well. I've played a season of medic and half a season of pocket in open. Add me for try outs. Thanks
