Yeah its still pretty decent. Recently, it feels more like games are just being released with poor optimization rather than my gpu being outdated. An upgrade never hurts though :p

ESEA-Open team looking for chill and nonrage players of (hopefully???) the high open caliber. I do apologize beforehand if we fall short of those expectations :( After playing on Blockback Mountain for 2 seasons I feel like making a team with my friends from NFCG aka 20/20.

At the moment the roster is:
Scout: cabin
Scout: ktuda
Demo: eddeh
Pocket: Aim
Roamer: crypt
Medic: YOU?
Backup: block (aka the 4th best demo in gold)

Because crypt's schedule is funky, we're only looking to scrim for about 3 nights a week from 6:30-9:00 PST (flexible). The days are pretty much up to whoever ends up being on the team. Also, team name is tbd.

Well I mean if something better is coming out within a reasonable time frame I might as well wait right? I have a gtx 670 atm and I can hold off if anyone has the inside scoop on Nvidia's 2015 pipeline.

I could also consider holding off to see if ATI's 300 series will be any good. I heard they were supposed to come out around this time but I haven't seen or heard anything new about them. Anyone know anything about ATI's Pirate Islands family?

Pretty cool guy when he rang demo when I was on my old team from 3 seasons ago. Plus he plays with Kev so you know he's cool.

I have akg q701's and theyre pretty comfortable with glasses on. My head is also larger than average I'd say? I'm a pretty tall guy so I'm just going to assume it is. Anyways, I don't have any issues with the q701's. It also helps that the velour pads that comes with the headphones are a major upgrade from the pleather ones from my previous headphones.

I'm fairly sure these are the glasses frames I have. Just to give you an idea of how big my frames are if that helps at all.

I can't speak for any of the other headphones listed in the thread but my 2cents on the g430s are that they're way too heavy if they're anything like the older g35's.

The titan is way out of my budget. Not to mention the fact that I could buy 2 970s and still have money leftover for the price of a titan.

Does anyone know of or foresee Nvidia releasing a GPU as good as a buy as the gtx 970 next year? Thinking about buying a Gtx 970 now that they're restocked. If Nvidia isn't going to release anything as good as or better than the 970 i might as well just buy it now.
