but thats just not how it is
I think youre bringing up a good point by saying other esports have built in mechanics that force/encourage players to work together. For example, moba character A freezes dude so character B can skillshot him. In comparison, tf2 is more about team coordination than it is about teamwork. You generally dont need to do anything that clever or complicated with your teammates, you just all need to be on the same page, which can be really tough considering the pace of the game and how fast your teammates can fall in and out of whatever position you may think theyre in.

If you go pee during class and then when you get back the girl sitting next to you has to pee, does that mean she likes you? If she thinks about you peeing when you get up to pee it probably makes her have to pee. if she is interested in you she is more likely to be thinking about you peeing so i think there has to be at least some correlation. what do you think?

-went on a tour w my old band and got to meet all sorts of people and sleep on all sorts of floor.
-got banned from a local diy venue so i showed up to their halloween show with my buddies as juggalos and we were able to enjoy the show.
