i like gpit week because its always like a special event. Nothing is the same during gpit week. The weird strats come out, the teams get together to come up with some stupid engie, pyro, and heavy on the roof while the medic and demo hide with kritz behind a ramp strategy, The sniper main pug ruiners get a chance to shine, and a teleporter actually gets used. Yeah maybe there is some luck involved and there are a lot of upsets but I've always had a fondness for the map. Its also a nice change of pace

i cant stand soldiers that do nothing but jump and land right next to you so they can fire 2 point blank rockets at their feet and kill you. all theyre doing is practicing the easiest shots in the game on unaware people. You are better off spending your time in DM walking around going for medium range rockets, airshots, and directs.

we should make a kickstarter so that we can raise enough money to pay a few dudes to sit in an apartment for 2 years and make a game thats just like 6v6 tf2. They would playtest the game with high level players (except doowatnuh) in order to produce a game thats just like the one we love so much but faster, more exciting, and with better hit-reg. we could call it FAST FORTRESS: ARENA or something to make it seem super e-sports and shit.
