i've only had like 2 sleep paralysis experiences but things like this interest me so much. do you guys have any experiences with this, i would love to hear them.
for anyone who doesn't know, sleep paralysis is when your body thinks you're asleep but you're still awake so you start to dream over reality (hallucinations) and you can't really move.
