kind of but you need to realise its completely different playing mge to dm. to me (mostly solly but some scout) mge is better practice and dm is better warmup not sure why just always seemed that way to me. dm clearly works for most scouts but play enough of each game mode to have a fair opinion on each and decide which is best for you - optimise practice!
another thing i forgot to say is play JUMP MAPS!!!!! very good for getting mechanics and air control which seems to be overlooked by many scouts

be close but not TOO close
dont stand on highground - treat it like the floor is lava but backwards and get off once youre on
if ur DEEP in valley with 70hp or less just killbind rather than spam
know what you want to improve - focus your BRAIN into aim/move until its subconscious and do the same on the other afterwards
count ammo of the enemy - useful for a real game
play ammomod MGE for harder practice than blands mid
add people
play scout vs scout too
play as solly in the same matchup
watch this vid for a bit

standing on the train as solly vs a scout is GAY so just play vs friends who dont do that until youre able to compete with these gaylords
edit: also play some solly vs scout as solly with your friends. getting an idea of how your counter plays is very useful and dont consider winning to be the primary objective

is there a way to make stickies disappear after some time like the old quickie launcher? demos can easily trap themselves off in a choke area and spam pipes when they have more than 2 sticks
