lexscant wait for h265 to be implemented, 50% bitrate reduction here we come
adobe needs to implement hevc into flash before twitch is going to bother supporting it/anybody bothers to make better encoders for it. afaik it uses less bitrate as is but I have no idea how stressful the actual encoder is processing wise, and all of the small handful of functional encoders are in beta. You probably won't see it around for a while yet.
as for nvenc, you're going to get better fps but your stream is going to look worse; it's worth using if you don't care about that

it's entirely dependent on what area you live in, check broadband reports; just for example, charter is terrible in most parts of the country, but where I live I never have issues with my internet dying w/them and I'm supposed to get like 30/4 for speeds and get 50 or 60/4 most of the time.
on the whole though verizon fios is probably going to be the most ~consistently~ good isp where it's available

mixup has historically been the only team to not ask for donations because they're the only team that isn't a bunch of college students or kids living in their mom's basement

atmoI enjoyed most of the cast because it's interesting to hear the perspective of one of the most well-researched players in the game. The swearing, homophobia, and sidetracking on personal vendettas could definitely be left out though.
I hated a lot of it just because I disagree with half the shit ipz says about how he thinks the game should be played, but aside from that - in the portion of the stream that I watched, every 2 or 3 words were interspersed with the word fuck and more time was spent gossiping about players than talking about what was actually going on. Was an awful cast tbh; I actually play this game and didn't want to watch it.
