this is a very questionable gimmick. like i understand your end goal but you tried waaay too hard to accomplish it, you made yourself too obvious. try again in a few months and hope people forget about this.
also it doesnt help that you got right into this on the very day you regged your account.

i saw some irl friends play gang garrison 2 8 years ago, which is an 8bit 2d demake of tf2. i immediately became invested in the game and it's community, and those people talked about tf2 a lot.
i had to wait for tf2 to go f2p before i could play it though, because I was a dumb kid without money.
