sage78TF2 had rocket jumps as a feature of the game since the beta trailers and they havent added a single tutorial about it! just small mentions on loading screens
didn't the actual tutorial for soldier make you have to rocketjump over some tall thing to get past it
it's been years since i did it but i'm pretty sure they tell you how to do the most basic rocketjump
