But if you don't take steps to stop someone who intentionally tries to make games terrible so that he can abuse the terrible report abuse system against legitimate players then you're also to blame.
dance would be pretty hard pressed (as a new moderator) to just ban this kid when people who have been around longer have decided he shouldn't be banned. unfortuantely tf2c has a history of eating up moderators who have any clue what's going on (terry, kkalttuu come to mind) because they can't handle dealing with the people above them being completely clueless
