aierahe has godly DM and has proven himself at a high IM level (C+C S18) he is a great pickup for any team in search of a soldier

I wouldn't say proved himself. We definitely overestimated both our ability to teach him the game mode and his ability to learn. With it being pretty deep into the season we couldn't commit anymore time to that and it felt like we weren't really getting anywhere in the 2 weeks we played with him.
Yes he has ridiculous DM, and not just in MGE, but I think he needs some time in a low/mid IM or open team to develop an actual understanding of 6s.
